Position Summary:
The Associate of Visual Merchandising executes visual and merchandising plans in-store to support the selling process and enhance the guest experience. • Communicate visual updates, product additions, and floor changes to the Sales team to strengthen product knowledge and selling conversations.
• Ensure showroom presentation optimizes guest flow, enhances product discovery, and supports key selling priorities.
• Uphold visual standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation consistency across assigned departments.
• Identify execution challenges and provide actionable feedback to Visual Leadership to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support seasonal transitions, major floor resets, and new product launches to maintain fresh and compelling displays.
• Partner with Store Leadership to align on priorities, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights to Visual and Merchandising teams to inform layout adjustments and product recommendations.
