Job description

Join “Team Frog” as a Day Warehouse Associate to safely and efficiently select and load the freshest produce for Ann Arbor and metro Detroit’s best restaurants, hotels, and sporting arenas! The pay range for experienced warehouse personnel is commensurate with experience up to $18/hour. Warehouse workers with no experience begin by earning $15.00 per hour.
  • Excellent Pay & Benefits, Team Environment, typical daily schedule of 7 am – 5 pm!

Pay/Benefits – Paid EVERY THURSDAY

  • $18 per hour starting pay based on experience and performance.
  • Overtime pay of $27 per hour after 40 hours per week!

Job Overview for Day Warehouse Associate:

Packing/Production Responsibilities (80%)

  • Making Pre-Pack Splits
  • Packaging for Shipments 2 times per week.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

Receiving Responsibilities (20%)

  • Put away incoming product while rotating stock according to organizational standards
  • Prepare/pull orders referencing pick sheets, packing boxes, placing orders in designated areas.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail buy evaluating produce quality, by ensuring the quality of products loaded onto trucks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • 1 year of receiving experience preferred
  • Ability to operate typical warehouse machinery and tools and willingness to become certified operating a forklift
  • Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly
  • Must have manual dexterity and be able to lift 70 lbs safely, reach product as tall as 6 feet and work standing up for 8+ hours per day
