Warehouse Associate 1st Shift

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have high attention to detail, and are a team player, our Warehouse Associate position in Chino, CA is the perfect role for you! Joining our DC means you're joining a team who's invested in you. With an emphasis on safety and work/life balance, our teams go above and beyond to invest in our Associates. As you meet production and safety goals, you can bet we'll be celebrating your achievements!

Compensation and Hours:

  • Starting pay is $18.50 per hour + $0.50 shift differential
  • Potential to earn overtime
  • Step pay
  • Position will be 1st shift from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Sunday-Thursday)

What will you be doing?

  • Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
