Job Title: Picker / Packer 2nd Shift

Location: Mansfield, TX
Shift: Monday Friday | 3:30 PM 12 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour


Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Picker / Packers to join our warehouse team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for accurately picking individual parts and packing completed customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The facility manufactures and distributes hand tools, including wire strippers and related products. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be comfortable standing throughout the shift, and possess strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

Pick parts and products according to customer orders using RF scanners
Accurately pack completed orders for shipment while meeting quality standards
Verify part numbers, quantities, and order information before packaging
Label, stage, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning procedures
Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packing
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
Follow warehouse procedures and productivity expectations
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned


Requirements

Previous picking and packing experience required
Experience using RF scanners required
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Steel toe shoes required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be able to pass Drug Screen
Must be eligible to work in the US
