Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production – Heat Press Associate to join our growing production team. This role is primarily responsible for operating heat press equipment to apply transfers and graphics to garments, while also supporting general production and fulfillment tasks such as folding, pulling, and packing orders as needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heat press machines to apply DTF, vinyl, or other heat-applied transfers according to production specifications
  • Ensure proper placement, alignment, temperature, pressure, and timing for each application
  • Inspect finished garments for quality, accuracy, and defects
  • Fold garments neatly and consistently to company standards
  • Pull garments from inventory based on work orders and packing lists
  • Pack completed orders accurately for shipment, including matching items to packing slips
  • Assist with order staging, labeling, and general production flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • Support other production tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in apparel decoration, heat pressing, or production is a plus (but not required)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
