We are actively hiring for the position of Packer / Production Associate for our manufacturing plant in Solon, OH.
SHIFTS OFFERED:
  • 1st Shift 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Scheduled Days will be either Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday) 3 Days Off
  • 2nd Shift - 12:00PM - 10:00PM (Scheduled Days will be either Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday) 3 Days Off
  • 3rd Sunday to Thursday, 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM. ($2.00 shift differential)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Works well in a team environment to ensure all customer merchandise is shipped securely and promptly
  • Must be computer savvy and a willingness to learn in-house programs and systems
  • Familiar with FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping programs.
  • Accurate processing of orders
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
  • Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
  • Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with normal shipping and receiving methods including familiarity with package carriers.
  • Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work with minimal supervision and constant direction.
  • Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Some computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a larger group.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
