Job Overview
We are hosting an in-person hiring event for Warehouse Associates eager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting logistics operations. All positions are paid, and we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to contribute to our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
  • Assist with inventory control through accurate stock counting, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes
  • Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate manual handling techniques and heavy equipment
  • Manage inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and update records accurately
  • Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to customer specifications
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse distribution operations and maintain a safe work environment
  • Skills
  • Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy equipment required for warehouse operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, materials handling, and logistics procedures
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar software) and inventory management software
  • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or inventory levels
  • Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper PPE use
  • Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management best practices is a plus
  • Technical proficiency in operating material handling equipment and understanding warehouse operations workflows
