Operations Associate-2nd Shift

The hours of operation for the 2nd Shift Operations Associate are from 4:15pm to 2:45am Monday-Thursday.
You must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test upon offer.
Overall Goal of Position:
It is the responsibility of the Plant Production Associate to package raw material, which make Sauer Brands Purpose and Values.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to box bottles and gravy packets in cartons, to routinely monitor machinery and report malfunctions as required, and to comply with safety, quality, and production standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Production:
  • Perform repetitive tasks to box bottles and gravy packets by adhering to established methods, company specifications and quality objectives.
  • Execute preparatory duties such as setup of work area.
  • Routinely observe machine operation, informing appropriate personnel of malfunctions and/or safety concerns.
  • Conduct product/packing inspection.
    • Maintain clean work area by completing general clean-up tasks as required.
    • Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
