Position Overview

As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll play a key role in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. This position operates in a temperature-controlled, refrigerated environment and requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM
  • Typical workdays: Saturday through Tuesday
  • Start/end times and scheduled workdays may vary based on operational needs
  • Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required as business demands change

  • Use a finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse
  • Pack products safely and efficiently using proper materials, including temperature-sensitive handling
  • Verify accuracy of customer orders and ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage in a food-handling environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete required safety and operational training on time
  • Maintain functional knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 33°F / 0.6°C)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work variable schedules, including overtime as needed
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
