The Warehouse Associate - Vault is responsible for vault inventory receipts and locations, preparing shipments to process, picking, packing, checking and loading Curio orders for dispensary delivery, as well as assisting other Cultivation and Manufacturing teams as needed.
  • This position is broken down by the following role based tasks based on vault activity:
    • 85% Vault Activities
    • 10% Warehouse Activities
    • 5% Cultivation / Manufacturing assisting activities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Receiving, stocking, and transacting inventory moving from manufacturing/cultivation into the vault storage locations or areas.
  • Participate in daily inventory control management practices within the Vault warehouse.
  • Using existing ERP systems to perform inventory transfers, select sales orders ready to process, create pick documents, create shipments, METRC requirements and manifesting.
  • Utilize the METRC system as required by regulatory controls to complete inventory or shipment processing.
  • Maintaining accurate transportation schedules based on assignments created by Logistics.
  • Accurately picking orders based on documents released.
  • Accurately checking orders based on documents released and physical picks.
  • Accurately packing and identifying delivery totes based on specified packing requirements.
  • Accurately storing all vault records based on retention guidance.
  • Perform physical inventory counts as prescribed by business policy including monthly Field Day counts.
  • Perform any tasks related to manufacturing and or cultivation warehousing as assigned.
  • Use material handling equipment as required to perform assigned tasks.
  • Interact with Sales teams for daily order management and release or other related information
  • Respond to general inquiries from the organization.
  • Support cGMP within Vault to maintain certification status.
  • Maintain 5S within the Vault for cleanliness and organization.
  • Cross train between Manufacturing and Cultivation facilities on Vault, Warehouse and Floriculture processes.
