Be at the center of operations, collaborating with integrated product teams, suppliers, vendors, and shipping departments to ensure seamless and compliant movement of mission-essential hardware and materials. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals eager to advance their careers within the aerospace and defense industry. [Responsibilities] - Coordinate packaging and shipping requirements across internal and external stakeholders to meet program and regulatory objectives. - Assist in developing and maintaining Special Packaging Instructions, ensuring compliance with DOT, hazardous material, and performance-oriented packaging standards. - Support hazardous material identification, labeling, documentation, and shipment activities. - Participate in packaging design reviews, process improvements, and root cause analysis for damaged shipments. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and shipping records using Microsoft Office tools. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support packaging data content and hardware transportation needs. - Resolve packaging and logistical challenges through proactive teamwork and effective communication. - Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and customer-specific packaging requirements. - Support occasional overtime and travel as needed to meet program milestones.
