Profit-sharing opportunities include personal production, hygiene, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and membership plans. This model allows you to grow alongside the practice and benefit from the success of the entire team.

Practice dentistry the right way. Because you share in the overall success of the practice, you can focus on doing what is best for your patients—not simply maximizing your own production. You benefit from patients who need perio, better suited for ortho, or wisdom teeth needing oral surgery.

You focus on being a great doctor while earning like an owner.

Compensation and benefits include a profit-sharing compensation model, 401(k), medical and dental benefits, established patient flow, and a full specialty support team. Pay is $225,000–$300,000 per year. For the first six months, you will receive the greater of $800 per working day or 42.5% of quarterly office Net Operating Income (NOI). After six months, you will receive the greater of $700 per working day or 42.5% of quarterly office Net Operating Income (NOI).
