Job description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping critical operations running smoothly? We are looking for an Associate SOC Operations Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our SkyPro ecosystem, ensuring our field users have the hardware and application support they need to succeed.

The Role: As a key member of our SOC (Security/Systems Operations Center) team, you will provide essential technical support for mobile devices, kiosks, and specialized hardware. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1-3 years of experience to grow their career in a high-visibility operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-Line Support: Act as the initial point of contact for incidents and service requests, providing expert troubleshooting for iOS devices, kiosks, and operational apps.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and escalate issues within ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems) while adhering to strict SLAs.
- Lifecycle Management: Assist with device provisioning, hardware swaps, and large-scale deployment or refresh activities.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex connectivity or hardware issues.
- Operational Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the health of our systems by monitoring queues and dashboards to identify and report recurring trends.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, concise records of resolutions and contribute to the evolution of our support procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in technical support, SOC, NOC, or help desk environments.
- Technical Savvy: Proven experience supporting enterprise-grade devices and hardware, specifically iOS devices in a managed environment.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a "customer-first" mindset.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills):
- Familiarity with MDM tools or vendor coordination.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience interpreting operational dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.
