Job Description:

  • Will lead a team of 10-15 PLM Analysts in delivering PLM Services to the client within agreed Turnaround time and Quality levels
  • Work with cross functional client stakeholders from Engineering, PLM, Supply Chain functions
  • Define, create methodology, measure, automate and monitor Metrics and KPIs. Provide periodic reporting of metrics
  • Map as is processes, create to be processes to deliver productivity, efficiency and quality improvements
  • Partner with the client Operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations
  • Drive root cause analysis and align service delivery towards improving overall business metrics Conduct Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Manage Ticket based workflow Deliver to defined SLAs, Turnaround Time and Quality Targets
