About the role

We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to a ground-breaking project in Artificial Intelligence (AI). If you're passionate about operational strategy and eager to make an impact in a rapidly evolving industry, this opportunity is for you. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in project management and operational strategy, helping to shape the future of our company initiatives. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. About the Placement

We have a scheduled ongoing placement immediately and an ongoing bi-weekly placement. We are screening candidates for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 to align with academic internship schedules. Your placement can be either full-time or part-time but must be a minimum of 520 hours to complete our program. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing and optimizing digital project workflows, leveraging project management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Implement digital strategies to enhance operational efficiency, including automating processes and streamlining digital communications.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate digital tools and technologies into project management and operational systems.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives to drive team productivity and organizational scalability.

About You

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Duration and Compensation

This is a full-time & part-time, paid internship with flexibility for your placement options and starting dates. Location or academic constraints should not deter you from applying. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
