Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO).


In this role, you will:

  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
  • Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
  • Coordinate projects
  • Furnish information to authorized persons
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation


Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • experience in cash handling ( large amounts)
  • production/ fast paced environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and systems while utilizing research tools effectively

  • Ability to prioritize tasks including working under pressure in a dynamically complex fast paced deadline driven environment while achieving high production and quality standards

  • Cash vault operations including currency processing experience

  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to stand 6-8 hours
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Work schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
