Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployments team manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide. Working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations, Deployments oversees forward logistics, site installation, maintenance & repairs, field inventory management, sustainment and reverse logistics. The team is central to ensuring effective customer and mission success, shaping the future of Anduril's defense solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Operations & Logistics Associate to join our rapidly growing team. As Operations & Logistics, you are the dependable backbone of deployment execution, you don't just follow processes, you understand why they exist and how to adapt them. You will manage multiple simultaneous deployments across product lines, juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball.
This role requires a proactive operator who thrives in ambiguity, someone who can coordinate logistics across business lines while continuously identifying what can work better. You will deliver hardware and software to our customers in mission-critical and logistically challenging environments, requiring a deep understanding of logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, and the curiosity to learn new subject matters quickly. As you execute on deliveries, you will have the opportunity to improve and grow our capabilities by developing standards, procedures, and process improvements for Deployment Operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple product lines, from logistics planning and hardware allocation through delivery, sustainment, and reverse logistics. Manage multifaceted domestic and international logistics with increasing complexity and minimal oversight.
  • Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities. Ensure physical hardware status is accurately mirrored within systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and externally with customers and key stakeholders to successfully execute the logistics movements of all deployments both domestic and international. Build productive working relationships with Product, Engineering, Growth, Technical Operations, and warehouse partners.
  • Deliver white glove service for domestic and international shipping of Anduril hardware to end customers. Confirm import/export and dangerous goods compliance independently. Know international logistics procedures including customs compliance and duties.
  • Proactively identify, propose, and implement improvements to logistical processes, standards, and procedures for Deployment Operations. Develop solutions that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and scale with the organization.
  • Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary tools (JIRA, Oracle ERP) and channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on how customer needs are met to enable continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and lead junior associates by example, showing what 'good' looks like in deployment execution. Provide guidance on logistics fundamentals, compliance, and operational best practices. Help develop the next generation of Deployment Operations talent.
  • Problem solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners. Think critically, engage the right teams, and drive solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced situations. No task is too small, be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, deployment operations, or a related field in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous deployments/projects and prioritize across competing projects to drive outcomes
  • Ability to work proficiently and stay organized in multiple connecting systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
  • Experience with ERP systems in a logistics or operations context
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence stakeholders without direct authority, driving alignment and outcomes across teams
  • Experience with domestic and international logistics, including complex shipping scenarios
  • Highly polished communication skills with the ability to convey concepts and deployment status to diverse stakeholders
  • Track record of identifying process improvements and implementing operational solutions
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in a defense, manufacturing, or hardware deployment environment
  • Familiarity with military logistics requirements, government programs, or DoD operations
  • Experience with import/export compliance, dangerous goods shipping, or customs regulations
  • Experience with forward-deployed inventory management and reverse logistics
  • Background mentoring or training junior team members
