Working as a Nurse Case Manager at Cunningham Childrens Home means youll be part of team that is dedicated to supporting youth in critical need of emotional, psychological, and physical care.

Our Nurse Case Manager provides services to our residential services programs through:
  • Medical case management

  • Screening

  • Education

  • Counseling

  • Medication management

  • Networking with community health care providers

  • Participating in a rotating on-call schedule, primarily providing remote phone consultations, ensuring accessibility without the need for on-site presence

Nurse Case Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

  • Current licensure in the State of Illinois as a Registered Nurse and Current State of Illinois Driver's License required.

  • Experience with psychiatric care and children/adolescents is preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
