Job description

Robotic RN Coordinator

The Robotic RN Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and performance of the Robotic program at Kelsey-Seybold Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role and responsibilities involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of robotic systems within a facility, including managing equipment maintenance, scheduling procedures, coordinating staff training, ensuring safe operation, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role will work closely with the operating room leadership, functioning autonomously in the performance of responsibilities. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and monitor the quality and efficiency of the robot program to promote optimal clinical outcomes.

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher bachelor's in nursing
  • State of Texas or a multistate RN license recognized by the Texas Nurse Licensure Compact
  • American Heart Association Basic Life
  • 3+ years RN experience in the operating room, with 2+ years in robotic surgery experience
  • Basic computer Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting
  • Single Unit

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35 - $63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
