Job description

Responsibilities Noblis is hiring a Senior Network Security Engineer to support the Information Technology Operations Division (Code 104) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. This team plays a key role in supporting the Navy's mission by delivering reliable and secure IT services across its research, development, testing, and evaluation environments. This is a hybrid position based out Philadelphia, PA - working both remotely and onsite at the Philadelphia Navy Yard (Split will be around 50% onsite, 50% remote, but subject to customer needs). Dutuies & Responsibilities: * In this role you will be part of a team responsible for managing and maintaining critical network infrastructures, including the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and the Compatibility Test Facility (CTF). * You will be providing daily network maintenance and provide continuous monitoring of network security. * Enabling the engineering, testing, and operational support of Navy ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned systems. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university. * Demonstration of 8 or more years of experience in network security. * Strong experience with C2C, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, IEEE 802.11, TCP/IP (specifically Layers 3/4), switching and routing protocols (internet standards and general architecture), and Cisco hardware. * Minimum Certification Requirement: IAT Level 3; Baseline (any one of: CASP+/Sec X, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH) and OS specific: CCNP level certifications. * Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
