Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Rate: $50-60/hour
Work Arrangement: Downers Grove, IL (Hybrid)
Onsite Requirement: Minimum 3 days per week onsite
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the company's IT systems and infrastructure. Your work will ensure that our systems operate securely, efficiently, and reliably to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others and creating a positive user experience.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, network engineering, or a related role.
  • Expertise in Windows administration: Windows 10 & 11, Server 2022, Azure, AWS, Office 365, file storage, and print services.
  • Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
  • Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • In-depth knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
  • Familiarity with Identity Management Systems (OKTA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity tools and protocols.
  • Preferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
