Job Summary: The Cloud and Platform Engineer is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining ScriptPro’s internal and customer-facing production environments. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of systems across both on-premises and cloud platforms.

This position plays a critical role in supporting hybrid environments by troubleshooting issues across infrastructure, applications, and cloud services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional capable of working across multiple domains, including servers, networking, cloud platforms, and application support. Working closely with internal teams and external customers, this role contributes to system reliability and continuous improvement through proactive analysis, root cause investigation, and ongoing optimization efforts.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Enterprise Architecture

Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. This role may require flexibility based on business needs. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
