Job description

Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a Data Modeler with MISMO experience. The role involves designing and maintaining data models for enterprise data platforms and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms.
• Build and optimize data models for Snowflake data warehouse environments.
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Work with semi-structured data (JSON) for ingestion, parsing, and transformation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Optimize data structures to improve performance, scalability, and data accessibility.
• Maintain data documentation, lineage, and metadata for enterprise datasets.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Knowledge on Mortgage Insurance
• Mortgage associates experienced in Servicing domain specifically Active, Default and Secondary Market
• Strong hands-on expertise in MISMO standards (LDD, XML schemas, servicing data mappings)
• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms
• Build and optimize data models for Snowflake data warehouse environments
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis
• Work with semi-structured data (JSON) for ingestion, parsing, and transformation
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models
• Implement best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and documentation
• Optimize data structures to improve performance, scalability, and data accessibility
