Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with logistics experience to join our team in a multi-functional logistics role. This position provides critical support in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience looking to grow their career in the medical device industry.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage receiving, inspecting, and accurate put-away of incoming shipments from Korea and domestic suppliers
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling of medical device products
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and perform regular cycle counts
  • Coordinate with freight carriers, prepare shipping documents, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Assist with data entry, order fulfillment, and logistics reporting for the sales team
  • Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Help prepare and review shipping manifests, commercial invoices, and other required documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Quality, Regulatory) and external vendors/carriers
  • Provide support on additional logistics tasks and projects as assigned by leadership


Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or supply chain (medical device or regulated industry experience is a strong plus)
  • Must be bilingual in Korean and English (fluent in both speaking and writing)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with inventory management systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
