As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day functions will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and challenges.
• Designing individualized therapy programs that target specific client issues and therapeutic goals, drawing from a diverse array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that address various relational dynamics, ensuring a supportive and constructive environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
