Job description

PCI Professional Services is seeking a mid-level Program Manager for an upcoming role in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is onsite and reports to the Associate Director. This position is pending funding.
Responsibilities:
  • Leads contract delivery for a mission-critical, multi-domain IT environment and is accountable for scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Develops and maintains the integrated master schedule and cost baseline
  • Monitors performance using metrics such as CPI and SPI
  • Directs corrective actions when execution varies from plan.
  • Leads risk identification, analysis, mitigation, escalation, and recovery planning while coordinating cross-functional teams spanning systems engineering, cybersecurity, operations, software, depot support, and logistics.
  • Additional responsibilities include governing scope and change control, allocating resources, overseeing subcontractor alignment and deliverable quality, facilitating program reviews, and providing clear status and decision support to government and corporate stakeholders.
  • Drives continuous improvement, captures lessons learned, and ensures teams execute consistently across release and sustainment cycles.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, management, or a related field
  • At least eight years of relevant program-management experience
  • Must have and maintain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • PMP or DAWIA Program Management Level 2 certification
  • Strong financial, scheduling, communication, and leadership skills
