Job description

The Digital Marketing Analyst will support the Marketing team in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The Digital Marketing Analyst will bring strong analytical capabilities combined with a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, paid media, SEO, and web analytics. They will work closely with the Property Marketing team to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that optimize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
They will partner with marketing associates and internal stakeholders to develop performance dashboards, monitor campaign KPIs, and support the ongoing refinement of our digital marketing strategy. This individual will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and bring a proactive mindset to identifying opportunities for improvement.
In-office position in Nashville, TN.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and analyze performance of email marketing campaigns, paid digital media, SEO, and social media channels
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key marketing KPIs and campaign metrics
  • Conduct A/B test analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance
  • Support list segmentation, audience targeting, and contact database hygiene within HubSpot
  • Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email scheduling and QA
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports for internal stakeholders and marketing leadership
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within marketing data to inform strategic decisions
  • Support workflow automation and troubleshoot synchronization issues within marketing platforms

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills to our internal clients
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus
  • Commercial real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
