What You Will Do:

  • Support development of product innovation, annual brand and product plans through analysis of consumer trends, competitive intelligence, syndicated data, and market research
  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives within budget, including consumer promotions, advertising, product innovation, trade marketing, special events, and local market activations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver impactful programs across product development, branding, packaging, advertising, and promotions
  • Provide analytical support for sales forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, and brand profitability
  • Conduct research and analysis on consumers, customers, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Track program performance and recommend optimizations to improve business results

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $83,000 - $139,000 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
