Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Wire Drawing Production Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Barberton, Ohio. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values hard work, reliability, and employee development.

Pay & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $17.65/hour during training on first shift
  • Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour once moved to nights
  • Night Shift Pay: $18.65/hour
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential
Position Overview

As a Wire Drawing Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process that transforms raw wire materials into finished products. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor wire drawing equipment and machinery
  • Load raw materials and assist with production setup
