About the Job: 
As the Associate Manager, AIDM Analytics on Taco Bell's Digital Customer Intelligence team, you will champion data-driven strategies to elevate our digital customer experience. You will support and enhance existing analytics initiatives, turning insights into impactful business decisions, while ensuring analytics support is given to cross-functional partners (CRM, Ecommerce, Loyalty, etc.) for any technology or automation use cases. In addition, you will focus on creating and maturing analytics capabilities for AI-driven marketing, leveraging internal data models, and customer data platforms.

Is This You?

    Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Math, STEM, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
    7+ years of analytics experience, preferably with a focus on digital customer analytics
    Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL (required)
    Experience in A/B testing methodologies and best practices, especially on a digital platform
    Experience in AI/Technology enablement and data QA preferred 
    Strong communication skills - be able to effectively communicate complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders
    Technically proficient with digital analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma, etc.)
    Experience with advanced data models, AI, and customer data platforms a big plus

Salary Range: $109,400 - $128,600 + eligible bonus + benefits

The Day-to-Day: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Campaign Analytics, CRM, Ecommerce, Loyalty, etc.) and tech partners to improve applied analytics, strategy, and learnings for our digital teams  

  • Drive technology implementation, data QA, and regression testing across several platforms and enable these techonlogies for cross-functional partners

  • Own AI-driven marketing intelligence by providing analytics of changes in customer behavior and recommending strategies, insights and learnings 

  • Own problem solving and exploration of expanding use-cases for AI-driven marketing, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure applied learnings and clear path forward

  • Enhance existing analytics processes by recommending new tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Oversee and manage comprehensive data QA processes, including regular audits, to ensure robust data governance and maintain high levels of data accuracy across all platforms.
