Job Description:

Threat Management Program Analyst Senior

Hours: Must be available to work nights and weekends in support of crisis response efforts. The position requires residing in or the ability to support business hours in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office

The Threat Management Program Analyst Senior is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all aspects of the Threat Management/Workplace Violence Prevention Program, including preparedness, prevention, mitigation/response, and recovery efforts.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Partners closely with regional security teams, human resources, legal and management to assess and manage threats and concerning behaviors.
  • Supports the continued development of internal procedures related to workplace violence prevention and response.
  • Handles internal investigations concerning behaviors of concern and workplace violence claims, documenting the outcomes using case management software.
  • Creates and implements employee training and awareness programs related to workplace violence prevention and emergency response.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in criminal justice, forensic psychology, social sciences or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security organization; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite strongly preferred.
  • Certified Threat Manager (CTM) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification, previous experience overseeing a global workplace violence prevention program, and experience working in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $98,716 to $154,512
