Job description

Help customers adopt technical solutions by bridging requirements, implementation, testing, and operational use.

Impact
  • Make sure delivered systems solve the real problem.
  • Support users through configuration, integration, training, and feedback.
  • Turn field learning into better product and engineering priorities.
What you'll do
  • Work with customers to understand needs, constraints, data, and workflows.
  • Configure, test, demo, and support product capabilities.
  • Write requirements, issue reports, implementation notes, and adoption plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve customer needs.
What we're looking for
  • 4+ years of solutions engineering, systems engineering, implementation, or technical customer work.
  • Ability to discuss technical details with engineers and operational needs with users.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and ownership skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
  • Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred experience
  • AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
  • AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
  • Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
