COST of Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Equipment Repair & Logistics Manager to oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance and transportation coordination in our fast-paced environment. This role ensures equipment and vehicle readiness, efficient logistics, and seamless day-to-day operations to support project timelines and business goals. Role Description

  • Lead daily operations across maintenance and logistics functions
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to meet production demands
  • Manage transportation planning, routing, and delivery coordination
  • Support and develop the logistics lead and other team members
  • Partner internally to align priorities and ensure execution
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Ensure equipment is maintained/repaired and operating effectively
  • Monitor performance, manage costs, and support operational reporting
  • Assist with hiring, training, and managing the performance of a small team
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment

Key Qualifications

  • 5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, maintenance, or a related field
