Role Description The Logistics Software Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Plantation, FL. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding potential customers through the sales process for Fleet Owlโ€™s logistics software. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, performing outbound and inbound lead generation activities, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities, address customer needs, and support implementation handoffs. This role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating contract terms under guidance, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Software Sales and Sales, with the ability to understand logistics software solutions and clearly communicate value to potential customers.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing leads through multiple channels.
