What You Will Enjoy Doing


The Logistics Manager is responsible for the Supply Chain integration, by managing the production planning, warehousing and shipping/receiving.

  • Customer & Demand Management
  • Own forecast ingestion and order orchestration (EDI/AlplaOrder/Jedox), confirming supply and service recovery for exceptions; maintain the cadence for customer reporting.
  • SLEA implementation and maintenance with all customers, tracking performance and change management of existing and new businesses in his/her location.
  • Integrated Planning & S&OP Governance
  • Lead MPS/MRP and finite capacity balancing in line with S&OP Plan of Record; manage frozen windows, schedule stability, and plan adherence; run scenario planning in Jedox for constraints/changes.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Control
  • Govern WMS (AlplaStock) setup, scanning compliance, cycle count program, dock to stock, FIFO audits, scrap/waste capture, material consumption and returns; design/maintain warehouse layout standards.
  • Transportation & Trade Operations
  • Own TMS execution (LTL, Hot Shot), export/import workflows, carrier performance and tender acceptance, accessorials, claims, and cost to serve optimization.
  • Packaging Returnable & Return Ratio Management
  • Manage the closed loop returnable packaging process, tracking return ratios and loss/recovery actions.
  • Data, Reporting & Master Data Stewardship
  • Own the Logistics Scorecard, Power BI/AlplaMart logistics reports, Masterdata KPIs , and month end packs (FG/RM, eMIS); ensure data quality and timely, accurate submissions to Finance.
  • Systems & Tooling Administration
  • Administer LST (Logistics Support Tool), BOL integrator, DocLink, label/preprint processes, and โ€œone click printโ€ troubleshooting to maintain flow.
  • Compliance, Quality & Safety
  • Lead logistics compliance with Form.com/QDMS workflows, HSE/eAcademy training completion, safety observations, near miss and audit closure; uphold GMP/5S.
  • People Leadership & Capability
  • Staff, train and coach the team; run the training plan to proficiency; Pay for Skill program for the warehouse operations, manage skills matrix coverage and succession; execute performance management and engagement routines.

What Makes You Great


  • Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent, 4 year degree (Bachelor Degree) preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of general logistics experience (production planning) preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
