Repair & Parts Associate Part Time


$18 per hour


10-15 Hours per week including Saturdays

Job summary

Deliver the highest quality of repairs and part assembly service to clients with prompt, and accurate results. Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service standards.

Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide timely response and resolution to customer requests and concerns
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner.
  • Research and fill parts requests, facilitate parts ordering
  • Monitor stock levels for replenishment ensuring adequate stock levels meet customer needs
  • Replicate customer requests and manufacture design to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workplace
  • Other assigned tasks as needed by management

Qualifications:

  • Team player
  • Ability to proactively and professionally present feedback to management to foster a positive working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully establish and maintain effective, professional relationships with DC team members and internal customers.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and remain focused in a fast paced, growing work environment.
  • Intermediate computer and keyboard skills and MS office skill set.
  • Must be able to accurately read and use rulers and other basic measurements tools
  • Attention to Detail
