The Associate Product Engineer is responsible for the create and maintenance of product specifications supporting the global cell culture media business.

This position reports to the Product Engineering Manager and is part of the Global Product Engineering Team located in Logan, UT, and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Create, manage and maintain specifications for finished goods, prototypes and intermediate products.
  • Manage change process for manufacturing, quality processes and products.
  • Facilitate and drive results across multiple functions for new product set up.
  • Work with a team of product engineers, designers and scientists to effectively and rapidly design and approve new custom products.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Lifesciences, Engineering or Biotechnology, or 5+ years industry experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead and handle multiple projects, delivering results timely and within budget
  • Good analytical and planning skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Technical writing experience in Lifesciences
