The Work:
Accenture is seeking a Manager to drive project execution in Digital CMC and PLM transformation work within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. We work with our pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, distributor and consumer health clients globally to redefine the future of the life sciences industry: combining the latest technology with scientific breakthroughs to revolutionize how medical treatments are discovered, developed and delivered to patients around the world.

This role drives the enablement of digital thread and data backbone concepts at our clients to build foundational building blocks for AI and agentic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
At a Manager level, key responsibilities could include:

  • Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work

  • Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization

  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

  • Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement

  • Bring effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence

  • Effectively manage networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support worldclass delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets

  • Support creation of PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch and data management thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years' work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • Hybrid experience both in consulting and in Life Sciences industry.
