Job Description The Air Combat Command's 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW), 346th Test Squadron (346TS) plans, executes, and contributes as both an operational and participating test organization in a full array of operational tests of various cyber weapons in coordination with the 318 Range Squadron (318RANS) who provides instrumented cyber range services, through both physical hardware and virtual systems. In support of this mission, Tharros is seeking a SharePoint Developer to administer databases and or data management systems that allow for the secure storage, query, protection, and utilization of data. Specifically, the SharePoint Developer shall: * Serves as a Power BI & Power Automate subject matter expert
* Analyze and plan for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements
* Develop custom SharePoint sites and provide testing and sustainment
* Design, development, maintenance, and documentation of organizational and operational sites, SharePoint sites, and databases
* Maintain, monitor, and analyze SharePoint sites, databases, and associated programs
* Design, develop, and maintain custom databases and websites
* Coordinate with external partners to ensure adequate system administration and infrastructure needs are met
* Support day-to-day operations and administration of internal and external websites and databases and migration to the latest version of SharePoint and database systems
* Coordinate operational and user acceptance testing
* Contribute to innovation and build proof of concept examples across future site releases
* Review websites for adherence to organization specifications/standards and troubleshoot system-related problems
* Maintain database management systems software, and directory replication services that enable information to replicate automatically from rear servers to forward units via optimized routing
* Maintain information exchanges through publish, subscribe, and alert functions that enable users to send and receive critical information as required
* Manage the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data
* Monitor and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance
* Perform backup and recovery of databases to ensure data integrity
* Provide recommendations on new database technologies and architectures
* Performs configuration management, problem management, capacity management, and financial management for databases and data management systems
* Support incident management, service-level management, change management, release management, continuity management, and availability management for databases and data management systems
* Maintain assured message delivery systems
* Implement data management standards, requirements, and specifications
* Implement data mining and data warehousing applications
* Install and configure database management systems and software Requirements * Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relative experience.
* SharePoint Administration certification.
* IAT Level II certification is required.
* Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.
* Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
* Experience in Microsoft Access, Jira, Confluence, Oracle or SQL Server.
* Experience with programming languages, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Structured Query Language (SQL) or SQLPlus.
* Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk). Laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles, cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.
* Knowledge of data administration and data standardization policies, data backup and recovery, data mining, data warehousing principles, database management systems, query languages, table relationships, and views. Also, query languages such as SQL (structured query language).
* Knowledge of digital rights management, enterprise messaging systems and associated software, network access, identity, and access management (e.g., public key infrastructure, OAuth, OpenID, SAML, SPML).
* Knowledge of operating systems, policy-based and risk-adaptive access controls, sources, characteristics, uses of the organization's data assets, characteristics of physical and virtual data storage media, and database access application programming interfaces (e.g., Java Database Connectivity [JDBC]).
* Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data security standards, Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards, and Personal Health Information (PHI) data security standards.
* Knowledge of current and emerging data encryption (e.g., Column and Tablespace Encryption, file and disk encryption) security features in databases (e.g., built-in cryptographic key management features), data remediation security features in databases, and database theory.
* Knowledge of an organization's information classification program and procedures for information compromise.
* Skills in allocating storage capacity in the design of data management systems, conducting queries and developing algorithms to analyze data structures, generating queries and reports, and maintaining databases.
