PWM Sales & Workflow Engineering team builds exciting solutions that are integral to various front office functions. Solutions span across Client Relationship Management, Prospecting and building strategic workflows that run front to back involving different systems and stakeholders. We are looking for a Java Developer with strong knowledge and experience in developing highly scalable and resilient platforms that can deliver world class client experience.
We expect that you maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommend innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Strong knowledge and 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, REST based web services and building Service Oriented Architectures.
• Proficiency in designing, developing and testing cross-platform software; willingness to learn and adopt new languages as necessary
• Experience developing, deploying and supporting software across the full Continuous Delivery life-cycle
• Experience of version control, continuous integration, deployment and configuration management tools
• The ability to understand and effectively debug both new and existing software
• The ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, as well as the interpersonal skills required to collaborate effectively with colleagues across diverse teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing REST based enterprise level web services in Java
  • Strong understanding of version control strategies like GIT, CI/CD, deployment and configuration management tools
  • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with Salesforce platform is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in the financial industry is a plus
