Our team in Moorestown, NJ performs a key role in ensuring our customers stay Ahead of Ready and are focused on advancing technology with Radar Systems & Weapons Launchers including aspects of integrated capabilities for 21st Century Security. We are looking to fill a role for a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers & designers focused on Printed Circuit Board Design and Component Engineering. The team will support projects covering Customer Contracts and new technologies advancements through IRAD.
THE WORK
This position is for a Hardware Engineering Asc. Mgr. who will lead a team of Printed Circuit Board designers who define the board layout, drafting, BOM development and Component Engineers who manage part selection, part approval, obsolescence, and related activities in the design and development of products. You will be providing technical, programmatic, and leadership support to the team, including project leadership and planning, talent management, resource planning, functional overhead planning, performance management, and tool support. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and program management, to ensure successful project execution. Efforts will include proposal estimating support, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, identifying and mitigating risks. You will be leading the team through implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and affordability.
