Job description

A top 50 AmLaw Firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their Investment Management Group in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Denver office.


Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience in investment management transactional work, including inprivate fund formation, and some familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Experience representing institutional investors and wealth advisory firms is a plus. Applicants should have excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills.


Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
