We're looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team, where you'll Supervise inventory control operations and teams according to established policies. Follow standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency. ย 


This role is ideal for someone who is analytical and detail-oriented.ย 


Your Impact:ย 


As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will:


ย Assist with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations. Utilizes inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and support initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities using best inventory management practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensures inventory is accurately recorded and tracked.
  • Assist inventory controller conduct daily/weekly/monthly cycle count and physical inventory count.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot inventory problems electronically.
  • Creates new procedures to become more efficient and to respond to business changes, heavy emphasis on automated processes.
  • Balances inventory between all divisions through inventory systems.
  • Reviews and audits inventory reports and inventory system.

Job Competency / Qualifications / Education/ Training:

  • Ability to analyze data using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau).
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and methodologies like Just-In-Time (JIT).
  • Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Skills to resolve issues with inventory systems and technologies

Experience:

  • Minimum of Three (3) Years' work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse setting required.
