Teamleiter Einkauf (m/w/d)

Als Teamleiter Einkauf ubernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung fur den strategischen Einkauf eines mittelstandischen Unternehmens im Portfolio von AURELIUS. Das Unternehmen befindet sich in einer Transformations- und Wachstumsphase. Vom stark produzierenden Unternehmen hin zu einem handelsorientierten, international vernetzten Geschaftsmodell. Der Einkauf wird dabei als zentraler Hebel fur Kosten, Lieferfahigkeit und Cash Management verstanden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Strategischer Einkauf & Lieferantenmanagement

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer standortubergreifenden Einkaufsstrategie, die die Transformation aktiv unterstutzt (Make-or-Buy, Outsourcing, Lieferantenportfolios)
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Lieferantennetzwerks
  • Fuhren von Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen sowie Abschluss von Rahmenvertragen (inkl. Inco terms, Zahlungszielen, Service-Level-Agreements)
  • Optimierung der Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) uber die gesamte Wertschopfungskette
  • Identifikation und Realisierung von Einspar- und Verbesserungspotenzialen in Beschaffung und Materialwirtschaft

Standortubergreifende Steuerung & Versorgungssicherheit (Bremen & Turkei)

  • Teamverantwortung: Fuhrung eines Teams von vier Mitarbeitenden in Bremen und Hamburg sowie fachliche Verantwortung fur das Einkaufsteam in der Turkei (Ziele, Standards, Prozesse, KPIs) in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschaftsfuhrung
  • Harmonisierung von Prozessen, Richtlinien und Reporting zwischen beiden Standorten
  • Sicherstellung der Versorgungssicherheit fur Produktion und Handel unter Berucksichtigung lokaler Anforderungen
  • Unterstutzung eines integrierten Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) durch belastbare Lieferantendaten, Kapazitatsbewertungen und transparente Lieferzeiten

Business Partnering & Performance-Management

  • Sparringspartner der Geschaftsfuhrung fur Beschaffung, Kostenentwicklungen, Versorgungssicherheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement & Innovation zur einkaufsseitigen Begleitung von Neuprodukten (z. B. Design-to-Cost, Lieferantenfruheinbindung)
  • Abstimmung mit Finanzplanung/Controlling bei der Materialbedarfsplanung, insbesondere zu Bestandszielen, Forecasts und Auswirkungen auf Cash Management und Working Capital
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung klarer Prozesse, KPIs und Richtlinien fur Einkauf, Disposition und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Systematisches Risikomanagement (Lieferantenrisiken, Abhangigkeiten, geopolitische und Wahrungsrisiken)
  • Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme (ERP, Reporting) zur Professionalisierung und Transparenz im Einkauf

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Einkaufs- oder Beschaffungsrolle, vorzugsweise in einem Industrie- oder handelsnahen Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der internationalen Beschaffung, inklusive Verhandlungserfahrung und interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der steuernden Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsstandorten im Ausland (z. B. Turkei oder vergleichbare Regionen)
  • Ausgepragte analytische, strukturierte und prazise Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinitat
  • Erfahrung im Auf- und Ausbau von Einkaufsstrategien, Lieferantennetzwerken und standardisierten Prozessen
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und souveranes, durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten auf Managementebene
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z. B. Turkisch, Chinesisch) sind ein Plus
