As a Pricing Analyst, you will help determine rates for our insurance products, analyze and project drivers of loss trends, and support the development and enhancement of insurance products. You will play an active role in informing business strategies, educating management on profitability and projections, and communicating across departments to support company success.
How You'll Make a Difference
  • Pricing Analysis: Develop and prepare statistical analyses of underwriting and claims experience that serve as the basis for ratemaking and management information reports.
  • Rate Reviews & Filings: Conduct rate reviews and create filings for a variety of segments of the business.
  • Business Communication: Develop and present analyses, proposals, and recommendations to various stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic Business Impact: Analyze loss trends, support insurance product development and enhancements, and contribute insights that inform critical business decisions.

What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently given general direction while thriving in a team environment.
  • Preferred minimum of 1-2 years of experience with related job history.

Core Skills:
  • Proficiency with data analysis software such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Effective time management, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Annual Salary
$51,250.00 - $115,825.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
