Multicultural Integrated Media Planner

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Manages the day-to-day process of all media planning efforts for multicultural segments. Also, supports the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media plans across channels, using audience, market, and media insights to inform strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of media objectives, strategies, tactics, channel selection, and prioritization.
  • Research and synthesize consumer, market, category, and media data to inform media planning recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of target audience profiles, local market insights, and trend analyses.
  • Help establish communication goals by media channel and across the full integrated media plan.
  • Evaluate media opportunities to determine strategic fit, plan application, and implementation needs.
  • Create and maintain planning documents, including flowcharts, budgets, program POVs, market landscapes, and related materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure planning deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of media planning experience.
  • Strong understanding of media fundamentals and integrated planning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Media Ocean/Prisma and MediaTools.
  • Exposure to multicultural media planning.
