Job description

We're looking for a highly organized, strategic, Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the execution of all brand marketing initiatives across Montce. This is not a channel-specific marketing role.

This person will own the execution of all launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives - across email, SMS, social media, ecommerce, PR, influencer marketing, and retail ensuring every campaign is executed on time and to the highest creative standards.

Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing calendar, including product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and retail events.
  • Develop campaign briefs and coordinate execution across email, SMS, social, web, paid media, PR, influencer, and retail.
  • Manage project timelines and keep all stakeholders aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with designers, ecommerce, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review and approve marketing assets for brand consistency before launch.
  • Oversee campaign reporting and identify opportunities for optimization across channels.
  • Assist with photoshoot planning, creative production, content organization, and asset management.
  • Support influencer gifting, PR initiatives, partnerships, and brand events.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, and cross-functional communication.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 4-7+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury consumer brands.
  • Thrives managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
