What You Will Do

As a Senior Life Insurance Advisor, you will be a key contributor to our team's success. Your role involves managing and expanding your own client portfolio, while also acting as a leader and mentor. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to junior advisors, helping them improve their skills and performance
  • Team Development: Help develop and implement strategies to improve our team's overall productivity and drive collective success.
  • Client Management: Engage with clients through both in-person and phone-based meetings, providing expert advice and guiding them through the application process.
  • Sales and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, prepare detailed quotes, and ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven, successful track record in life insurance sales and a strong desire to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will be a leader who is also coachable and committed to continuous improvement.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance sales and advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a coaching, mentoring, or leadership capacity.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience excelling in both in-person and phone-based sales environments.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A valid Insurance License and LLQP Designation.
  • Additional financial designations, such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or certifications in estate planning, are considered a strong asset.
  • Strong command of the English language.
