StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching and we are seeking a motivated Membership Advisor/sales Associate for one or more of our Arlington locations. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, passion-filled and sales-motivated individual that is fitness-minded and has a love for community and our brand!

POSITION:

The purpose of the Membership Advisor is to assist the Sales/Studio Manager with achieving new membership sales objectives. The Membership Advisor also assists with current member relationship management and community outreach activities. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Sales, communication and customer service skills required

Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail items

Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system

Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday

Have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, email and text

Fluent in English

Be able to multi-task

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Sales/Studio Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up and close

Book and confirm Introductory Stretches for prospective members

Manage the front desk to greet and check-in members and prospects

Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individualโ€™s needs and wants

Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

Present available services to current or prospective members

Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed Intro Stretches

Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio

Ensure studio is clean and tidy

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience
