Job Summary
Under the direction of the Site Supervisor and Program Director, the Child Development Associate Instructor II work in a classroom setting by providing direct instruction to individual and small and large groups of students. Provides clerical and other classroom support services to afterschool programs. Implements effective classroom management techniques and supervises student behaviors in the classroom and on the playground. Arranges supplies, materials and equipment for student use. Comply with State competency and Basic Skills Testing to qualify for the position.
